Enclosure Manufacturing Process
Every electrical enclosure we manufacture follows a structured process to ensure precision, durability, and consistent quality. From sheet metal cutting to final dispatch, each stage is carefully controlled to maintain manufacturing standards.
Design & CNC Programming
The process begins with preparing the sheet metal drawings. Based on these drawings, CNC programs are created to guide the laser cutting machines for precise component manufacturing.
Laser Cutting
Sheet metal is loaded into the CNC laser cutting machine where the required enclosure components are cut accurately according to the design specifications.
Precision Bending
After cutting, the components move to press brake machines where they are bent and formed to achieve the required enclosure structure.
Fabrication & Welding
The bent parts are transferred to the fabrication section where different components are welded together to form the enclosure body.
Grinding & Surface Finishing
Once welding is completed, grinding and finishing operations are carried out to smooth welded joints and ensure a clean surface.
Surface Pretreatment
Before coating, the enclosure undergoes a pretreatment process which includes cleaning, degreasing, and phosphating to improve paint adhesion and corrosion resistance.
Powder Coating
The enclosure is then powder coated to provide a durable protective finish and improve resistance against environmental conditions.
Curing Process
After powder coating, the enclosure is placed in a curing oven where heat treatment ensures proper bonding and durability of the coating.
Assembly
All enclosure components are assembled together, including doors, panels, accessories, and other mechanical fittings.
Quality Inspection
Each enclosure undergoes thorough inspection to verify dimensions, finishing quality, and compliance with design standards.
Packing
Approved enclosures are packed securely using protective materials to prevent damage during handling and transportation.
Dispatch
Finally, the finished enclosures are dispatched to customers through a controlled logistics process.
